METHODS OF PAYMENT
We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment:
1. One Pay
Hanoi Fairtours accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB card. This is FAST and SECURED.
Enter your Credit Card details in our secure web Onepay, We use 128 bit standard socket layer (SSL) encryption to make sure your Credit Card information is secure and remains confidential.
Once you got payment link from our staff, what you need to do:
a) Click on the link that will lead you to a page like this CLICK HERE.
b) Fill in the entire field as request from the web
c) Check your final payment
d) you got email from our system/staff as soon as your credit payment is gone through.
2. Bank transfer

3. Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter
Hanoi Fairtours accept payments through Visa cards, Master Card. Please note that the credit card payment fee of 2.9% (Applied for Visa, MasterCard), 4% (Applied for American Express) will be paid by customers. Please follow the steps below to make the process of payment. When we receive information from the bank about the payment (deposit) having been completed, the accounting department of the Hanoi Fairtours will send you the confirmation via fax or email.
Step 1: Print out the Form of Authorization letter (download form) with terms & conditions and fill out all required information.
Step 2: Please enclose: one copy paper of the credit card (both side) and one copy of the passport (first page) with identify and photo.
Step 3: When you arrive in Vietnam, we will send you a Letter of Approval. You please sign it to confirm that payment has been made in step 1 and step 2.

4. Payment by Cash or Credit Card – (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
If you are in Vietnam, you can come to our office to settle the payment. Or our staff can come your office to do the contract/ issue the travel ticket and collect the money from you. If you are not in Hanoi, you can send money by post/ bank transfer

- Except for cash payment, bank fees must be paid by customers for traveler cheques (2.0% of expenses) and credit card (3.0 % of expenses).
All cancellation must be informed in writing either to: email@example.com by email or fax to +844 37823578. The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your notification of your wish to do so.
• More than 15 days prior to trip departure: No cancellation charge.
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% on total charge
• Within 1-6 days before arrival: 100% on total charge
• No-Show: 100% on total charge.
If the boat cannot sails due to the weather condition, we will refund 100%.
Balance will be settled at least 15 days before departure date, or settled upon arrival but the agreement must be discussed by the two parties.
Voucher will be issued after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Hanoi Fairtours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
